How much does it cost?

Every move is different so we will assess your requirements to give you a free, fixed price, no obligation quote. We do have a set of example prices to give you an indication of our price range.

How long before I move should I contact you?

The sooner the better. Once you know you are moving, get in touch.

What time should I expect you on removal day?

Between 8:30am and 9:00am.

How much parking space is needed for your lorries?

Our removals vans will require approximately 30ft

Will you disconnect my appliances?

Please ask when we visit and we will assess whether this is possible.

How big is your lorry?

7.5 tonnes and 13,000 cubic feet.

Do you clean the old house?

We can arrange for cleaning. Please ask about cleaning when you contact us.

Do you provide a packing service?

Yes we do. To find out more, read the Packing section on our Removals page.

Do you work abroad in Europe?

No.

Do you do commercial/office moves?

Yes we do.  Please contact us for more information.

Do you do disposal?

Please ask us when you contact us.

Do you do ‘man with a van’ services?

Yes, please contact us with your requirements.

Can I keep the boxes?

Yes, you are welcome to keep the boxes we supply for your removals. There is a small fee depending on how many of each box you wish to keep. Please ask us if you would like to keep the boxes.

Do you do storage?

Yes, we have a secure, purpose-built storage facility in Bournemouth which we can use to store your belongings for any time period if required. Visit the storage page for more information.

How much does storage cost?

Storage costs are from just £13.50 per week.

What if I need access to my belongings?

This can be arranged. Please ask if you need to see your stored belongings.

Do I need insurance?

No, we supply insurance.
